In my state theres this well-known rivalry between the University of Washington and Washington State University.
I don’t understand why though. Isn’t it obvious that University of Washington is the better school? I didn’t apply to either, but I’d rather take a gap year or go to community college before I pack up my bags to attend school in Pullman.
Except not. WSU helped keep tuition low to bring in more students and give them more opportunities, UW raised tuition and takes in less instate students and raised the amount of out of state and international students. Yes, they have an outstanding medical program, and a good football team, but you can’t decide a school is superior based off of two things. It’s ridiculous.
